Fortune Baby of the Marshal's Mansion: Maomao Arrives, Season 4
93 episodes · Maomao and her mother Xia Xiaoxiang live in Marshal Lou's mansion, where the household dotes on the child. Her fourth brother Asui recovers from a leg injury and returns to middle school, where teacher Shen Zhaolin is choosing an editorial assistant. Shen passes over Asui for He Mingshu, a student from a poor family. Asui believes the teacher rejected him because of an old grudge against his father, the marshal. Maomao, protective of her brother, publicly declares that she has broken off relations with Teacher Shen and becomes Asui's constant little bodyguard, escorting him to school. Once Shen understands the misunderstanding, he apologizes and explains that he chose He Mingshu to support a poor student with dignity. He also discovers a fairy tale Asui wrote for his sister and offers to recommend it for serial publication. The truth comes out, but Maomao panics: she was the one who announced the break, so how will she get out of it?
