This Celestial Master Is Overpowered, but Just Wants to Relax
12 episodes · Lu Ming is a powerful young celestial master who would rather take life easy. His first season moves between supernatural cases and comic daily life: a paper effigy procession opens the ghost-marriage mystery of Hongzhuang, the next case follows the Son of the Sea God, and a later trip leads to Guimen Village. Alongside these cases are a matchmaking episode and encounters involving Aunt Su, the red-clad ghost Hongzhuang and the little fox Xiao Jiu. The creator's twelve numbered episodes form season one; its full compilation runs 106 minutes. The separately titled Tokyo sequel continues the series in season two.
